Yes! Go to Settings > Keywords. You can set up an auto-response based on any keyword.
You can set the initial text message Auto Response in Settings > Auto Responses: include any menu options in this initial message. For example: “Thank you for contacting XYZ Company! Press 1 for sales, 2 for support, or 3 for more options.”
From here, you can build a keyword for “1,” “2,” and so on in the Settings > Keywords menu with an associated Auto Response for each keyword with further menu options. You can build out multiple layers of options this way.
