Assigning conversation owners makes it easy to manage conversations at scale.
Inviting team members
To add someone as an owner, they first have to have an Avochato account. Under all of Avochato's billing plans, you can add as many members of your team as you want. Add each team member by clicking "Invite Team" in the left sidebar.
Assigning conversation owners automatically
Under Settings > Auto-Assign, you can set Avochato to automatically rotate assigning new conversations to team members as people contact your Avochato number. Toggle team members "on" or "off" to make them eligible to get auto-assigned:

Regardless of Auto-Assign, you can always manually set the owner. Open the conversation in the Messages view. Then select the correct team member from the dropdown menu on the upper right corner of the page:
Filtering based on owner
It's sometimes convenient to filter the Messages view based on owner. Navigate to Messages and then click "Filters" at the top of the center column. Select the owner under "Owner." Only messages assigned to that owner will appear.
"Solo Conversations" option
By default, conversations are not filtered by owner unless you select the option above. Want to get your team focused on their own conversations? Under Settings > History > Solo Conversations, you can toggle an option for team members to always have the Messages view filtered by conversations assigned to them. They can still view all conversations in the account, however.
